Auction Purchase Tracker App

Buy at enough auctions and you learn the hammer price is only part of the story. There is buyer's premium, sometimes a card surcharge, sometimes a pickup or shipping fee. If you only remember the winning bid, you will overstate what you made when the piece sells.

An auction purchase tracker is built to close that gap. Instead of a paper paddle number and a notebook, or a spreadsheet you update three days later from memory, you log the lot on your phone while it is still fresh: what you paid at the hammer, the premium on top, and anything else that added to the cost.

LotsRoute keeps this per lot. Open any item later and you see the full breakdown: hammer price, buyer's premium, other expenses, the seller if you know it, and notes. Nothing gets rounded off or forgotten by the time you're pricing it for resale.

LotsRoute does not place bids, connect to any auction house's catalog, or watch listings for you. It is not affiliated with any auction platform. It is a purchase tracker: you win the lot somewhere else, then log it here so you have a clean, searchable record of everything you've bought.

Once your lots are logged, LotsRoute shows totals across your buying: total spent, total revenue once items sell, and how many pieces are still unsold. It is not a per-lot profit calculator, but with the price recorded on each item, you always know what a piece cost you going in.

When you're ready to review a season of buying outside the app, export everything as a CSV. If you want a full copy of your data, export a JSON backup you can restore later, either merged with what's on the phone or as a clean overwrite.
