Who we are

LotsRoute is an app built by Systenics Solutions LLP.

LotsRoute is an on-device inventory ledger for people who buy at auction. It does not create an account and does not send your data to Systenics Solutions servers.

What stays on your device

Events, purchases, sales, receipts, photos you attach, the name and email you enter in Profile, and local backup files are stored in this app on your phone. Android backup may include the local database if device backup is enabled.

Permissions

Camera and photo library are used only when you photograph or attach an item. LotsRoute does not use the microphone and does not run speech recognition.

Instructions from your phone's assistant

You can send a purchase list from Siri, Gemini, Shortcuts, or any other on-phone assistant. Ask it for lines like "Vintage lamp $45", then paste them into Quick Log or open a link such as lotsroute://quick-log?text=.... The assistant's speech stays on the operating system. LotsRoute only receives the text you send it.

What we do not do

• We do not run analytics, ads, or trackers.
• We do not sell data.
• There is no cloud sync in this version.

Your controls

• Export copies your data as CSV or JSON.
• Delete All Data permanently erases local records.
• Uninstalling the app removes the local database unless the OS restored a backup.
